Otdacha · marketing report we pull together: Meta · Google Ads · classifieds · call tracking · CRM updated daily
01 — what this is

Advertising in one place, deals in another. Otdacha shows what happens in between

Spend by channel, every call with its recording, and deals from your CRM — in one report. It builds itself every day and it belongs to you: change your ad agency and both the report and its history stay with you.

The demo opens from a link — no sign-up, no salesperson. There are two of them, one for dealers and one for developers; the data in both is made up.

What you pay for
For the company as a whole — not per user and not per volume of data.
How long it takes
1–2 weeks to connect everything. An hour or two of your time.
What your agency sees
Exactly what you see — if you grant them view-only access yourself.

The table scrolls sideways →

1 Calls from classifieds and from offline get here through a tracking number: a classifieds site will show you taps on the phone number but not how the call ended, and a billboard shows nothing at all.

02 — pick your side

From here on, only what applies to you

The mechanics are the same, the conversation is not: a dealer's funnel ends in a contract, a developer's in an off-plan purchase agreement and a completely different timeline.

For dealerships

Where the budget went — and how many contracts it brought

Meta, Google, classifieds, call tracking and your CRM in one table. The funnel runs all the way to a signed contract, not to a “lead”.

sources merged by hand every month
1–3 days

For property developers

Advertising for each development — next to the agreements it brought in

Advertising, classifieds and calls to the sales office — for every residential development, with a funnel down to reservations and off-plan purchase agreements, and ad spend measured against contract value.

Ad cost ratio
per building — as a share of contract value, not of the number of requests
~30%
of leads come from offline — the facade, outdoor, radio

03 — how it works

Five ad accounts and one CRM come together in a single report

I connect them, and the access is read-only. After that you don't have to open anything: a short digest arrives once a week, the report at the end of the month.

04 — whose side it is on

The report is set up in your name, not mine and not the agency's

This is not a courtesy, it is how the deal is built: I read your data, I don't own it. Every point below can be checked before you sign anything.

Otdacha is an independent product

The official distributor in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is Mediagate (mediagate.agency): they sell it, connect it and run first-line support. You can also buy directly from me — the price is the same, and that is written into my agreement with them. How that works.

05 — where to start

Start with an audit of your last month

Two business days, free, no access needed — exports from your ad accounts and a list of calls are enough. I'll send back one page of numbers, and we'll talk it through for half an hour.

Not sure what to export — start with a single screenshot, I'll tell you which one. I reply within one business day, and I only write in response to your request: I don't run a mailing list.

One way to reach you is enough — either of the two.

By sending this form you agree to the processing of your contact details — how I handle them is on the How we work page.
