01 — who you are dealing with
Who issues the invoice, and what you get in return
The question “and who are you, exactly?” comes up late — once someone likes the product and takes it up the chain for approval. So that this doesn't cost you a week, here is all of it up front, on one page.
In Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan the official distributor is Mediagate (mediagate.agency). Through them the contract and the invoice are local, and the price is the same as buying directly from me — that is written into my contract with them. Both ways to buy.
Konstantin Protasov
Performance marketer: data-driven strategy, analytics setup, campaign management and spend optimization. I work with digital products, B2B services and online stores.
Otdacha grew out of that work. The report I put together by hand for clients for years turned into a product.
A digital agency, working since 2017 in Kazakhstan, the CIS and Central Asia: search, Meta, Google Ads, DV360, analytics and end-to-end reporting. A direct contract with Google for DV360.
In Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan — the official distributor of Otdacha.
Otdacha is developed by a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia. For your company this is an ordinary purchase from a foreign supplier — only with a contract in Russian and a real person on the other end of it.

With the scope of work, response times and the termination procedure — a document you can edit and negotiate, not a fine-print offer you can only accept as is.
An invoice in dollars and an acceptance act every month
The invoice comes before payment, the act after the month of work. The exchange rate the amount is based on is printed on the invoice, so whoever does your accounting doesn't have to hunt for it.
An invoice from the distributor, if that suits you better
Through Mediagate the contract and the invoice are local, in tenge or in soms. The price is the same — that is written into my contract with them. Both ways.
03 — for accounting
What your side has to do
Three steps that accompany payment for services from a foreign supplier in both Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. I name them right away, so they don't surprise anyone in accounting at the end of the quarter.
Withholding tax on a non-resident's income
When paying a foreign supplier, the paying company acts as a tax agent: the tax is withheld from the payment and remitted to the budget of your country.
The rate and how it is applied are for your tax adviser to decide — that is their job, and I don't pretend to replace them. If they need documents from my side for the calculation, tell me which ones: the company details and the Terms are always available, anything else we discuss separately.
VAT on behalf of a non-resident
Services bought from a non-resident are subject to VAT on the buyer's side. For a VAT payer this tax is usually recoverable: it doesn't become an extra cost, but it does need its own line in the reporting.
Electronic VAT invoice on behalf of a non-resident
Issued by your side within the deadline set by tax law, counted from the date the tax is paid. Everything needed for it is in the invoice and the act.
This is a guide, not tax advice: the rules change and your accountant has the last word. If it is easier to go through it by voice before signing, I'll set up a call — free, about twenty minutes.
04 — data and access
I read, I don't write
Everything listed below can be verified before onboarding and shown to your security team.
Ad accounts — read-only access
From the CRM I read only the agreed fields: lead, source, status, date, amount
I hand over the list of fields in writing before onboarding
I don't keep call recordings on my side
Accounts with the ad platforms and the call tracking provider are in your name
Exporting your data to Excel — one click, at any moment
We sign a contract and a personal data processing agreement. The personal data I see is a phone number and the name on the lead: exactly what is already in your CRM and with your telecom provider.
05 — where to buy
Two ways to buy, and the price is the same in both
That is not a formality: the identical price is written into the contract with the distributor, and the direct request form on this site is always there.
Directly from me
A contract with a sole proprietorship registered in Georgia, an invoice in dollars, support from me. This works if you already buy from foreign suppliers and a foreign-currency payment is not a problem.
Through the official distributor
Mediagate (mediagate.agency) is Otdacha's official distributor in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan: they sell it, connect it and run first-line support. The contract and the invoice are local.
Otdacha is an independent product. The distributorship is not exclusive, the account is registered in your name either way, and moving from one way of buying to the other does not require migrating any data.
